My focus areas include, but are not limited to U.S. federal, state, and local tax audits; sales and use/payroll tax audits; international tax compliance related audits, including FBARs and 5471s; negotiation and settlements with tax authorities; and correspondence and negotiation with tax authorities.
Prior to joining MGO, I was a partner with Schwartz & Company, LLP. I began my career at a Big Four firm and spent six years in public accounting before venturing into the private industry as AVP of a mortgage real estate investment trust with a taxable REIT subsidiary.
