As an industry group leader I work with stakeholders to address the issues and concerns of our clients and provide thought leadership for our clients and team members. In my role I support our industry team members in providing outstanding service to our clients.

I specialize in public and private equity, debt financing, and in applying IFRS.
I have been primarily focused on the cannabis industry since the opening of the California market and I am proud to have led some of the largest transactions in the history of the sector. I work with leading multi-state operators, promising startups, leading tech and ancillary service providers, investment groups, and everyone in-between. As one of the first national accounting firms to seriously engage the cannabis industry, I am very proud of the work our firm has done in identifying and implementing accounting and financial best practices focused on legitimizing the cannabis industry.
