In addition, I thrive on accounting and financial reporting matters surrounding complex transactions like public offerings, reverse mergers, debt and equity financings, share-based compensation, business combinations, and joint ventures. I enjoy helping you with government contract accounting issues and take responsibility for coordinating planning and reporting to achieve your specific delivery deadlines.
