MGO Provides Cannabis Accounting Training to Momentum Class of 2021

We are pleased to announce that MGO is an official sponsor and provider of accounting training to the Momentum class of 2021. This cannabis business accelerator, launched by Eaze, supports and empowers underrepresented founders and helps build a diverse industry.

Momentum’s class of 2021 includes 10 rising cannabis industry entrepreneurs who receive a $50,000 grant, professional training, access to potential investors, and much more.

As part of Momentum’s 12-week industry expertise curriculum, MGO’s Assurance Director Sarah McGuire, Tax Director Barbara Webb, and Business Development Manager Morgan Stinson delivered a “Cannabis Accounting 101” class. Next up is a seminar focused on “Cannabis Taxes.”
