Over the course of my career, I have developed quality tools and systems to support and enhance organizational health. I established competency models for several firms, making expectations and career paths clearer. I have redesigned campus recruiting strategies that yielded the largest intern class in the history of the firm and +90% offer acceptance rate. I devised a workforce planning model to assess current talent and predict future hiring needs by level — allowing headcount and hiring forecasts based on forward-looking indicators. I also rolled-out a 360-degree feedback program for leadership, provided coaching to 100+ leaders, and reimagined performance management and incentive systems (merit increases and bonuses) to drive higher levels of individual performance.
