MGO Gets National Kudos for Being Boring
SACRAMENTO (June 30, 2010) – Leading statewide public accounting firm MGO won first place in Corporate Identity among accounting firms with annual revenues over $15 million at the Association for Accounting Marketing’s Annual Marketing Achievement Awards (AAM-MAAs), presented during the association’s 21st annual conference in Washington, DC.
The AAM-MAAs were created to recognize outstanding achievement in accounting marketing, communications and professional services. The judges’ panel consisted of marketing and communications experts from a variety of industries across the country. The 2010 awards recognized 24 different firms in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the areas of accounting marketing and communications.

The AAM-MAA panel judged nearly 150 entries from 60 different firms in 20 different categories. Accounting firms from all over the United States and Canada competed in two divisions — under $15 million in revenue and more than $15 million in revenue. Categories included website design, collateral/identity materials, niche business development and print advertising for CPA firms.
