Why are you passionate about public accounting?

It has allowed me to always feel productive, creative and that each day creates challenges and opportunities which help me to improve.

 

Why do you like working at MGO?

MGO offers the opportunity to work with a team that strives for excellence and produces great quality with honest concern for each other. MGO is an organization that makes a difference in Public Accounting.

 

Describe a favorite client or client story.  

A nonprofit was faced with reorganizing their services and working with a bank to restructure their debt in order to stay open. We were able to help them project their cash flow, revise their operating budget, and develop a plan to continue to both provide their mission and relieve their bank debt. 

 

What qualities do you look for in job applicants?

Confidence, desire to learn, academic background, work experience and someone who can function well on a team.

 

What are you doing when you’re outside the office?

Building bikes and riding them, running, reading (especially history), going to Italian restaurants.
